Annual Maintenance Contract Features
Checking of input / output voltage and current to ensure long life of the system and also to ensure that the system is not running on DC mode.
Checking the total charging voltage of the system to ensure that it is within the prescribed limits for the voltage of the connected batteries.
Checking the charging amperes of the systems to ensure that it is within the prescribed limits for the capacity of the connected batteries.
Checking the individual voltage of each battery to ensure that it is within the prescribed limits.
Checking the specific gravity of each cell of each battery to ensure that it is within the prescribed limits.
If necessary, topping up the battery to the required level with distilled water.
If necessary, cleaning chemical deposits on the battery terminal and applying petroleum jelly to avoid corrosion.
If necessary, cleaning the vent caps on the battery to ensure that the vent holes are not blocked.
Checking the indicator / meter in the system to ensure that it is within the prescribed limits.
Replacing lugs and terminals if they are found to be defective.
Please note
Maintenance will be carried out regularly by pleasant mannered, qualified service personnel, in uniform with identity cards. Date of Maintenance may vary up to a week from the scheduled date.
If the contract is terminated for any reason, the amount for the unexpired period will be refunded.
We will not be liable for any damage that occurs to the system due to changes, alternations or additions done without our knowledge.
Exclusions
The contract does not include provision of stand by batteries, recharging of batteries or liability for any damage to the batteries or its accessories.
